The activation fee is $37.00 per night or $188
The resort fee due on the resort welcome call is $32.50 per night. After booking your dates you will receive a welcome call from the resort within 72 hours to confirm details, discuss possible upgrade opportunities, and airport transfers.
The upgrade to all-inclusive will be made available on your welcome call with the resort starting at $65 per person. If an all-inclusive upgrade is selected, the resort fee will be waived.
A Deluxe room designed for 2 adults is included in this offer. A child or toddler can be added to the same room, however, the room is only designed for 2 adults max. Upgrades availed on the welcome call may be available for 1, 2, and 3 bedroom suites that accommodate additional persons.
The resort does offer all-inclusive but that is not included with our offer! With this offer, the All-Inclusive is offered as an upgrade.
Immediately after activation, you can begin searching for available travel dates. Normally, Redeem Vacations requires 30 days advance notice to select dates, however, with this featured resort (The Fives), we are currently opening up inventory with only 14 days advance booking notice.
Currently, the only dates blocked are the dates before, during, and after Easter week.
Weekends may have a surcharge of only $20 per night for dates booked on Friday and Saturdays. The Fives does have a resort fee of $32.50 per night, which will be due and payable to the resort during the welcome call (usually within 72 hours of booking dates).
No, we are sorry the flights are not included. The recipient of this voucher is responsible for all expenses including but not limited to: airfare, transfers, food, gratuities, Gov Taxes, and resort fees if applicable as well as other miscellaneous personal expenses. This voucher cannot be combined with any other promotional vacation offer.
GROUP travel is NOT allowed only 1 party among friends, family, acquaintances or known groups can use the complimentary vacation incentive for the same or overlapping travel dates.
With the Featured Resorts you will not be able to book additional nights online but on the welcome call, if the adjacent dates are available, then yes and the resort representative will quote the price for any additional nights or upgrade room types.
Yes, Absolutely! Just keep in mind that reservations can take up to 72 hours to show in the hotel’s system. And be sure to tell them it’s a 3rd-party reservation to ensure they’re looking for it in the right place. Keep in mind that with the featured resorts you will first get a welcome call from a resort representative so please be looking for and attempt to answer their call.
There are no timeshare presentations required with this offer. You may be offered the opportunity to upgrade room types or add additional incentives such as adding on all-inclusive food and beverage at discounted rates in exchange for a preview of the resort membership options. At least one traveler must be 21+ and have a major credit/debit card. Your voucher only covers your resort stay, but not airfare, food, miscellaneous expenses, or the resort taxes and fees.
